The Live Your Yoga Series will help you take your asana posture) practice to the next level, so you feel strong, aligned, and confident in any class you take.

    We’ll move our yoga practice inward, applying our learnings on the mat to our lives outside of the yoga room. The Live Your Yoga Series will expose you to the 8 Limbs of Yoga, and will teach you how to integrate your new knowledge, guiding you to a healthier, happier, more fulfilling practice and well-rounded practice and life.

    Start and finish The Live Your Yoga Series within a consistent group that shows up, learns together, and supports one another. Enjoy the camaraderie of likeminded practitioners while your grow your yoga practice to new levels.

The Live Your Yoga Series

A 5 week yoga series designed to improve your mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. Join a passionate community of likeminded humans who support and encourage you to step into your most authentic, aligned, and embodied self. With two practices a week, you’ll explore the 8 Limbs of Yoga, The Chakra System and expand your yoga skills with a mix of Vinyasa/Power yoga, Slow Flow yoga, and Yin/Restorative yoga to expand your personal practice and apply your yoga on and off the mat. Through physical practice, deeper study and self-reflection, you'll see why yoga isn't just a workout, it's a way of life. In this series, you'll learn to truly live your yoga.
