Pitta Escape Yoga Retreat: Vermont 2026!
Ayurveda reminds us of the importance of balance, and summer in the city is EXTREME. This retreat focuses on COOLING us down in the hottest part of summer.
Escape the boiling, grimy streets of NYC from July 30-Aug 2, 2026, and refresh yourself with a long weekend away in Peru, Vermont. New Spring Farm is the perfect place for us to practice cooling yoga, eat nourishing foods to balance out the heat of summer (provided by ayurvedic chef and health coach Jessica Jean Weston), rest deeply during guided sound journeys, hike through the mountains, swim in a picturesque pond, receive reiki and massage treatments, and connect with each other and ourselves.
Important details about registration:
This retreat will be SMALL (6-10 people max), with limited space and room types (room types are shown on the sign up page), so if you want to reserve your spot, do it NOW! If you are planning to share a bed (bringing a buddy or a partner), the second person in your room will reserve a “second yogi spot” and email me so I know who is coming with whom. (So one person in your party will reserve the room, the second person just pays for their spot which includes everything except board).
